Cancellations & No-Shows

Value our small business

At Briella, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. We email a reminder 72 hours prior to your booked appointment to allow you 24 hours to notify us if you are unable to attend. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, or you fail to show up for your booked service, we require you to cover the total cost of your booked appointment.

Late Arrivals

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged an administration fee & your appointment may be forfeited or given away to another client. If I keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Deposits & Payment

to secure your booking

My time is valuable & as a small business I require a deposit for all bookings.

When you book online, the system will prompt you to add your card details to take secure your requested time slot.

What does this mean? The system will deduct the amount paid at the time of booking off of your booked service at the time you check out. Or, your card used to pay the deposit will be charged the administration fee if you Cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for your booked service.
All services require payment on the day via Eftpos or Cash.

I reserve the right to recover payment in the event of an outstanding amount owing.
